Causes of failure of hot water circulating pump

1. Hot water pump inlet and outlet valves are not open, the inlet and outlet lines are blocked, and the abortion impeller is blocked. Solutions, removal of blockage.

2. The motor is running in the wrong direction, and the speed of the motor is very slow. Motor orientation adjustment, strong electrical wiring;

3. Hot water circulation pump suction pipe leakage. Tighten the sealing surfaces to remove air.

4. The pump is not filled with liquid, and there is air in the pump chamber. Open the top cover of the pump or open the exhaust valve to exhaust the air.

5. The inlet and outlet water supply is insufficient, the suction range is too high, and the bottom valve is leaking. Stop check, adjust (network-connected tap water and suction process use is easy to occur this phenomenon).

6. Pipe resistance is too large, centrifugal pump selection is not appropriate. Reduce the pipe bend, re-select the pump.

Causes of insufficient Fault flow rate of Hot Water circulating pump
